Herzig Engineering, a leading provider of electrical safety and reliability services, today announced the acquisition of Brady Infrared, a respected infrared inspection services provider based in Florida. Herzig Engineering is backed by Copley Equity Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Brady Infrared has over 25 years of experience providing comprehensive infrared inspection and ancillary services across a variety of industries including utilities, healthcare, government, data centers and commercial/industrial facilities. Based in Florida, Brady Infrared serves clients nationwide via its dedicated team of qualified professionals.
