NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Albaron Partners, LP (“Albaron“), a middle-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of Prime Wellness LLC d/b/a Prime Psychiatry (“Prime Psychiatry“), a Texas-based leader in outpatient and interventional psychiatry services, to Beacon Behavioral Partners (“Beacon“).

In 2022, Albaron partnered with Dr. Efosa Airuehia, founder of Prime Psychiatry, to grow the practice into a regional leader in outpatient and interventional psychiatric care.
