NorthShore Launches the First Adult Underwear Built to Hold Up to 3 Full Bladder Releases

GoSupreme® Max offers up to 10 hours of overnight protection in pull-up style adult diapers for people with heavy bladder leaks.

GREEN OAKS, Ill., Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ —  “My mom does not leak. She floods.” That’s how one NorthShore Adult Diapers® customer describes her mother’s nights, and the changes every few hours that come with them. It’s a story many people with Heavy Bladder Leaks (HBL) and their caregivers know well.

NorthShore’s new GoSupreme® Max 10 Hour holds up to three full bladder releases, bringing true overnight protection to pull-up style underwear.

Nights are where those changes add up. In a 2026 national survey conducted by PDG Insights, 73% of people who buy incontinence products said they are not confident their products will stop leaks. Now, NorthShore is introducing GoSupreme® Max, the first-ever pull-up designed to hold up to three full bladder releases and provide up to 10 hours of protection.

“GoSupreme Max changes what a pull-up can do,” said Adam J. Greenberg, founder and CEO of NorthShore. “It’s engineered so that people with heavy bladder leaks can trust it to last through the night. It’s all about reducing nighttime changes, easing worry, and giving people their nights back and the better days that follow. While store-brand products prioritize thin and discreet, we prioritize trust and confidence.”

Heavy Bladder Leaks Need a Different Kind of Product

For years, the incontinence category competed on one idea: thinner is better. Most store-brand products are made for light bladder leakage (LBL) — the drips and dribbles that often come with a cough, sneeze, or laugh. For those leaks, a thin and discreet product can be effective. Heavy bladder leaks are different. They can mean a full or nearly full bladder release, sometimes more than once before there’s a chance to change. They’re also more common among product buyers than the shelf suggests: in the same survey, 74% of all incontinence product buyers said their leaks go beyond drips and dribbles.

Nights are the toughest test for any product. People are asleep for hours, with no chance to check or change, so a product built for light leaks is often left doing a job it wasn’t made for. Among nighttime users who described their leaks as mostly full bladder releases, approximately 50% said their overnight products leak onto clothes or sheets more than once a week.

That’s why so many people double up: 56% of nighttime users said they regularly or occasionally wear more than one product at once just to feel secure. But doubling up doesn’t work. Absorbent products like adult diapers, pads, and liners aren’t designed to let liquid pass through to a second layer, so it pools in the top product, keeping moisture against the skin and raising the risk of irritation and leaks.

People are ready for something better. Of nighttime users, 93% said they would be open to trying a new overnight product that absorbs more and reduces leaks and changes, even if it were bulkier. “What we hear is that store-brand products are too thin and cause a mess in the morning,” said Greenberg. “People want to trust their product enough to stop thinking about it and go to sleep.”

The Technology Behind GoSupreme Max

GoSupreme Max builds on GoSupreme, NorthShore’s best-selling product, raising protection to up to 10 hours and up to three full bladder releases. It is engineered around a core built for multiple releases, taller leak guards, and a closer fit:

  • MVP™ (Multi-Void Protection): NorthShore’s MVP technology is designed to handle multiple full bladder releases. In GoSupreme Max, it works like a built-in booster pad. An enhanced core quickly pulls liquid away from the skin and locks it in, helping keep skin dry through the night.
  • Taller leak guards: Dual elastic leak guards are 50% taller than those on standard pull-up style underwear and about as tall as a tab-style adult diaper’s, to help stop leaks at the leg openings, including for side sleepers.
  • More coverage: An extra-long contoured lining adds front-to-back coverage for urinary or bowel incontinence.
  • A closer fit: Body-gripping waist elastics and improved leg elastics help it stay secure on a wide range of bodies, including people with slimmer legs.
  • Easy changes: Tear-away side seams allow quick removal, and tape on the back allows sanitary disposal.

Why NorthShore Built Overnight Protection Into a Pull-Up

Pull-up style underwear is the most common choice at night. In the PDG survey, 62% of nighttime users said they wear pull-up style underwear. But most pull-on underwear wasn’t designed to make it to the morning for people with HBL. Until now, people with HBL who needed long-lasting overnight protection usually had to switch to a tab-style adult diaper. GoSupreme Max brings that level of protection to the pull-up style most people already reach for at night.

“For many people, especially older adults, a pull-up feels more dignified,” said Greenberg. “It feels like regular underwear. Nobody should have to give that up to get a good night’s sleep.”

The difference often shows up in the morning, especially for caregivers. “I am using the GoSupreme Max for my husband. Excellent fit, quality, and above all, it protects him from overnight leakage. I finally found a product that works all night!” said NorthShore customer Joan.

GoSupreme Max is available now in Medium, Large, and X-Large, with 2XL and 3XL arriving in early 2027, in line with NorthShore’s commitment to making high-performance incontinence protection available for all body types. It can be ordered at NorthShore.com, where people can also request free samples and find sizing guidance. NorthShore Care Experts are available seven days a week to help with product and sizing questions.
