Articulate, the #1 platform for workplace training trusted by 100% of the Fortune 100 and more than 125,000 organizations worldwide, today announced its most ambitious platform expansion since the launch of Articulate 360. From the stage of its annual Articuland conference, the company unveiled Nova, an AI agent that’s built on 20+ years of learning science to execute complex tasks in the creation and delivery of training, and Frontline, an AI-native product built to extend high-quality training creation across every team in the organization.
Nova and Frontline arrive alongside a set of new enterprise integrations that connect Articulate to the tools teams use every day in the flow of work: including knowledge sources like Google Drive and OneDrive, AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, and Learning Management Systems like Thinkific. Together, Nova, Frontline and these integrations make it easier than ever to create and deploy effective training across the enterprise.
The skills gap is widening faster than L&D can close it
Organizations today are changing faster than their people can keep up. Nearly three-quarters of workers report experiencing skill gaps, according to a recent McKinsey survey, and those gaps are bound to widen as AI accelerates the pace and volume of product innovation and process changes. The pressure to close that gap often falls on the teams who build training for customer-facing roles such as sales enablement, customer success, support, IT, product marketing, and operations, in addition to the L&D teams whose resources are being stretched to their limits.
Nova and Frontline are built for both sides of that strain: extending the reach and quality governance of L&D teams, and giving the people closest to the customer the ability to easily build training that effectively develops team performance and capability.
“Our customers are navigating more change in their organizations than at any point in our industry’s history,” said Brian Gil, Chief Product and Operations Officer at Articulate. “They need a system that lets their proprietary knowledge and expertise reach further, equips their frontline teams for the moments where their performance actually matters, and keeps up with how fast their business is moving. That’s what we’re putting in their hands today.”
Human expertise with AI execution
Nova, Frontline, and new enterprise integrations combine human expertise with AI execution to turn organizational knowledge into scalable capability:
-
Nova – Backed by 20+ years of learning science, Nova is the AI agent built into Articulate 360. It simplifies complex workflows that used to span multiple applications. Nova capabilities include:
- Multi-format translation: translate and localize training into 80+ languages, with terminology, brand voice and regional nuance preserved.
- AI avatar videos: lifelike, on-screen presenters and interactive characters you can create and customize, starting from an uploaded image or an existing avatar and refining it with prompts, available in any language Nova localizes into.
- Training kit generation: Turn source content into a connected set of training assets, with the right mix of formats chosen for what you’re trying to achieve. A simple prompt generates or updates a full set of training assets.
- Frontline – An AI-native product that converts the content that teams already have into training that builds capability. Designed for the teams closest to the customer: sales enablement leaders, support managers, frontline trainers, IT leaders and subject-matter experts. Frontline converts source files into complete training kits, which can include guides, quick references, interactive videos, training decks and scenarios. With built-in learning science, analytics, brand governance and easy distribution, teams can create effective on-brand training quickly and scale it across the organization.
- New enterprise integrations – Connect Articulate to the tools where work already happens, from source material through publishing. Pull source content from Google Drive and OneDrive. Launch training creation directly from Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. Publish to Thinkific with one click, or use Connected Packages to keep content published to any LMS in sync when it is updated.
Enterprise demand for AI-native training solutions has fueled sustained growth for Articulate, with 140M+ proprietary lessons now generated and managed on the platform. Today’s expansion is built to meet that demand at a far larger scale.
