Quantum XChange®, a leader in quantum-safe network security, today announced the availability of version 2.0 of its Phio TX®-Centralized Management Console (CMC), introducing new capabilities that make it easier for enterprises and government agencies to monitor and manage quantum-safe networks at scale.

As organizations navigate the complexities of transitioning to post-quantum cryptography (PQC), an October 2026 report from the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) underscores the importance of moving from planning to implementation. At the same time, adversaries can collect encrypted data today for future decryption, a threat compounded by advances in AI. Organizations do not need to wait for Q-Day or complete a full cryptographic inventory to begin protecting their most sensitive data. By securing the network connections over which that data travels, they can significantly reduce their exposure to future quantum threats without replacing existing infrastructure or undertaking a costly, comprehensive cryptographic overhaul.

The Phio TX-CMC 2.0 provides organizations with a centralized interface to monitor, configure and manage quantum-safe security deployments across multiple vendors and distributed environments. By consolidating visibility and administrative controls into a single pane of glass, the Phio TX-CMC 2.0 simplifies day-to-day operations and enables security teams to efficiently manage their post-quantum security infrastructure at scale. As customers expand their quantum-safe deployments, Quantum XChange continues to enhance the platform to meet their evolving security and operational needs. A recent feature release, Phio TX-CMC 2.0 builds on these capabilities with stronger security, greater automation and expanded cryptographic flexibility.

“Deploying quantum-safe security shouldn’t mean adding another layer of complexity to an organization’s network,” said Eddy Zervigon, CEO of Quantum XChange. “We’ve focused on making Phio TX easy to deploy, monitor and maintain, and the Phio TX-CMC 2.0 feature release reflects our continued commitment to reducing the operational burden on customers as they expand their quantum-safe protections.”

Key Enhancements in Phio TX-CMC 2.0 Release

Stronger Security for Network Management: New quantum-safe management tunnels use post-quantum cryptography to ensure the highest degree of security for communications between the Phio TX-CMC 2.0 and individual Phio TX nodes.

Faster, Simpler Deployment: New Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP) capabilities automate the initial setup and configuration of Phio TX instances, enabling faster, more efficient deployments across large, distributed networks. Streamlined container enrollment and support for restricted networks provide additional deployment flexibility.

Greater Cryptographic Resiliency: A new flexible naming taxonomy for PQC algorithms strengthens quantum resiliency. PQC algorithms have already undergone name changes as standards evolve, and this taxonomy allows Phio TX deployments to keep PQC operations running without emergency or unexpected configuration changes.

Quantum XChange is helping organizations put quantum-safe security into production. In a recent federal agency deployment, the company used its Phio TX-EM® solution to add post-quantum protection across existing network infrastructure without requiring major hardware replacements, demonstrating how organizations can begin securing critical network traffic today.
